Human Rights Festival
Time & Location
The Constitution Hill Human Rights Festival is adapting to the new normal. Ten days of virtual events, free and open to all, taking place from 21 - 31 March 2021.
Hard hitting debates and dialogues addressing the impact of COVID-19 on Human Rights, the rule of law and the direction the world could and should be taking post the COVID crisis. Each year, the festival joins with NGOS, Social Justice Organisations, think tanks, newspapers, and more with a specific Human Rights focus. This year is no different. Creating virtual spaces of cultural dialogue around human rights, the festival is contributing to the creation of a culture of human rights that makes it possible to imagine better and fairer collective futures in the face of Covid-19 and the uncertainty of the future.
The Human Rights Festival is an intellectually stimulating series of events bringing together key thinkers, academics and civil society organizations to engage a wide public audience using a variety of formats designed to stimulate thought and debate.
